Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Our internet provider had issues and we working diligently to get it fixed in a timely manner. I understand it was frustrating as it was for us. We do have a digital guest directory that is located via the QR code in all rooms. Thank you again.

Shower had lots of hair in it. No internet when we arrived. Bathroom sink top had thick dust & dirt in corners. No water bottles available in rooms & machine for vending was broken on our floor. No candles in holders on dinning tables. However the staff was very nice.

The staff at check never greeted me, never smiled, didn’t offer a lot of information unless I forced the answer with a question. We called for towels for the pool for over an hour and finally sent someone for our party to get some. We asked for extra blankets and it was too late for the night staff to care who by the way was more worried about her water to speak to me. The air conditioner did not work property and when booked through Expedia it noted breakfast included but it most certainly was not. Too far away for doing anything in KC with the service we received. The only thing neat or note worthy was the pool and it was clean.

The restaurant should be shut down. The menu had no imagination. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and it took 40 minutes to come out. It was so over cooked it was tough to get down. The fry's were all stuck together. You only had one server and the kitchen wasn't doing her any favors.

It was convenient and 24 hr shuttle to airport. I wish there was more dinning option around the area.

Reserved a king bed room and was given a small bed- not even sure it was a queen- and told oh sorry no kings available even though i had printed my expedia reservation that showed I rented and paid for a king room. This shouldn’t happen when making reservations.

AC did not work great and we had to call maintenance. Some of the furniture looked to be in rough condition. But for the most part it was a great stay and they had great service!

Room had no hot water, shampoo was full but conditioner was out and this is something housekeeping should have checked when preparing the room. NO WATER PRESSURE at all. Tv remote was missing. Bed was hard.

The $11.00 charge for self-parking in the outdoor unprotected, uncovered lot was ridiculous. Stop the surprise fee that one doesn't discover until check-in. Not fair to the desk clerk who has to listen the to gripes. And not fair to the surprise the customer.

Dont like that the shuttle bus does not take you other places than the airport. Hard to get a ride to the KCI Expo center. That being said your driver Kathy was a treat!

Perfect location for traveling. The hotel has shuttle service, has a bar and a restaurant and Starbucks also.Food is always good, we always leave our car here too, the place is safe and secure.
