This is a great location! We will come back here. Walking to district was few blocks. Very clean & secure building. Loved the outdoor roof area for a nightcap & snacks. Kitchen had everything you could need. Even coffee was supplied. Host was helpful with questions I had. Parking was right next to the building also. Great place

The host was super friendly, one of the best hosts we have had. She was really reliable and communication was a breeze. The apartment was comfortable, beautiful, and had everything we needed. 10/10 stay!

Nice and Easy - Great Location

I was there for a conference, and it was just a short walk to the convention center. It was comfortable and clean and no hassle. Parking was easy. I would definitely rent again.

The top deck view was great!

The nighttime view from the master bedroom was fantastic! Cuddling with the wife and looking at the night lights of the city was beautiful. The view from the rooftop was also wonderful. Hanging out and looking over the city while chatting with friends was a good time.

SUPER PLACE!!

Loved our stay in this clean (very) beautifully decorated loft! Our family met for Christmas and had everything we needed. We have found our "go to " place in KC.

Spring break trip

My family stayed here for spring break week. Very nice space, lots of amenities.Great location, close to the free tram and could also walk to a lot of places.Not many units in the building so there wasn’t really any neighbor noisiness.Only issue was a humming noise in the 2nd bedroom (similar to a hovering helicopter, but not quite as loud). My kids couldn’t sleep in there with the noise so they slept on the 2 futon-style couches in the living room.

Great place for a get together

Adequately stocked with everything you need from cooking, laundry, etc. Quiet, yet right in the middle of the downtown area we wanted. Secure & safe with great parking options.

Very nice and convenient place to stay

My family and I stayed for the weekend to attend an event in Crown Center. It was convenient because it was a few blocks from the free trolley that took us a block away from our destination. Also there were a number of good restaurants nearby and near to the trolley. The loft was clean and comfortable except the smaller bedroom was less comfortable and a little noisy. I would stay there again if I am in need of a good place to stay in Kansas City

A fun little apartment

This was a fun little apartment right in the heart of downtown KC. There was lots of stuff around it. It was clean and spacious. Parking was a little bit of a challenge to find but that’s the only drawback.

Christmas road trip

Our stay in KC was the first stop on our road trip and this was an ideal location for all we wanted to do! Clean, spacious, and accommodating for all 5 of us. Jack Stack BBQ is a must - we ordered to go (make reservations in advance for dining in). The streetcar is a great way to get around and is a short walk from this place.

We had a really fun time. The place meet all of our needs and was located really close to everything that we wanted to do for a 21st BDay party. Her friends were able to come stay with us and left early in the morning and fun was had by all.

Wonderful experience

This loft is in a building that is on the historic registry in Kansas City and has been fully renovated into a charming loft with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It was exquisite! It was clean, cleverly arranged with plenty of space for 4 and more people since the futons were able to make into beds. Nice appliances and amenities! It was easy to access the owners, and they were wonderful about replying quickly. Couldn't have had a better experience. The rooftop lounge was wonderful as well. We were all very well satisfied! It was easy to find, close to many activites and restaurants, and I will definitely stay there again when in Kansas City!

Hosts were extremely helpful and accessible to help with a few questions we had - immediate responce and very accommodating. Great beds, bedding, and place has nice attention to detail. Awesome specialty grocery a few blocks away. Was in town for trade show at convention ctr and a fast, easy walk to the center. Have stayed before and will definately stay again.
