The outside looks nice but the bedroom was not super clean. Staff was always away from the desk and we had to wait for over 2 hours for towels. We stayed because everything else was sold out. Otherwise we would have left.

Soon as we walked into the hotel awful smell the hallway carpets we’re all stained up. The room had an awful smell very musty. Carpets were all stained up. Crayon drawings on the bathroom walls. We had to put a hand towel on the shower floor it was so slippery no grip to the shower floor. Hair all over the shower walls. Bed was so uncomfortable. Only thing available for breakfast was a few brands of cereal and two packs of microwaveable sausage biscuits. There were so many people outside through out the night (homeless). I guess you get what you pay for might as well spend an extra $20 and go somewhere else. They for sure need lots of cleaning and upgrades

Refrigerator was molded couldn’t put anything in there. Took a half hour for some one to come to the service desk. Rooms were not clean and had a horrible smell to them. Checked out the next morning and they still tried to charged me for the entire stay I could go on and on about this however it makes me upset all over again

It is a clean enough bed with a few small breakfast items. We were late checking in and still had to wait 30 minutes.

The first room we received smelled like urine and the bed set had a stain on it that smelled like urine. We were switched rooms but the cleanliness was still a bit questionable. Pool was clean had to ask for towels, walls are very thin.

Check in was difficult. The room was shabby. The hot water didn’t work in the evening. In the morning it only got lukewarm warm. Find another hotel in the area. You will be happier.

Faucet was broken and the water that came in the sink was burning and unbearably hot. The washrooms were not clean. However the staff was kind enough to transfer us to another room which was just as bad. There was a brown stain on the comforter which was disgusting. Wouldnt recommend this hotel unless you have nowhere to stay in Kansas city

When I stayed there the room they gave me had a leaking bathroom. There was no shampoo soaps which I was able to get, but the window was broken and had been boarded over and wouldn’t lock the young man at the front desk was very pleasant. Not too impressed with the continental breakfast.

This hotel had a very large price to value complex. We paid $100+ for a hotel room, at a nearly empty hotel, for a dirty room with an odor. The bed was squeaky, the walls were damaged, the elevator stunk, and we could hear so many loud noises from the rooms around us.

The room was poor standard, windows not closing (leading to massive rain into the room during a storm), desk chair with seat sagging through (replaced nicely the staff with another chair with a sagging base), about half outlets not working. The bedding was surprisingly nice (although the blanket was not as big as the bed!). The pool was fine, the "jacuzzi" has been cemented over. There is no maid service for a multi-night stay, FYI. Breakfast was basic but varied and good for the price point of the hotel. The property is clearly dilapidated and poorly maintained--other hotels/motels in the area at the same price point would be a better choice.

The only thing I liked about the place was the location and that they had a decent pool that you could swim and also sit around and have a conversation.
Sticky finger prints on the TV cabinet.
The second bed looked like it was halfway made
Bed had stains on it
Mirror looked like it had splatters on it. Plus the room stunk like musty dirty water.
