We were in KC for the HUSKER FB game at Arrowhead and stayed here two nights. The outside of the building is not comparable to the inside. The inside is well-decorated with several updates. Bathroom toiletries are well stocked with many more options than I’ve seen in other VRBOs. The host was prompt to respond to my messages and was very accommodating when we asked for an early check in.

Not a good experience

This was not a good experience for us. The inside of the place was nice and just as described. Communication with the owner was great. This place is SUPER HARD to find, especially at night. There were people outside fist fighting and screaming all night long. Multiple people, all thru the night. It’s in a super sketchy area, I’m not normally scared, but I was scared having my family there.

Terrible, it was dirty and smelled very bad, the beds were wet, we did not stay there, it was dirty and smelly, not safe for health.

We stayed here for the T. Swift concert. I think the property was great overall. Need MORR mirrors so people dont have to be in the bathrooms to gey ready.Not sure the cleaners did a good job making sure the sheets cleaned. Sometimes things dont come all the way clean in laundry. Owner was great and super kind.

Great stay close to KC downtown and great BBQ!

Q39 is in the backyard and you can smell the BBQ! It’s great! The place is very clean and the photos are just like the listing. Finding the place was a little bit of a challenge as it’s a complex and there aren’t numbers showcased but didn’t take too long. Highly recommend!
