「It was a great time, my granddaughter had the best time and that's what's important. Build a bear great staff and very helpful but should have been more clear about the fee bear with the paw passes! Food prices a bit high but not bad enough wouldn't stay again. 」

「The property was very clean and the staff was very helpful and nice despite one of them being there for a double shift. This hotel is in a very nice area and parking was easy and close to the entrance.」

「Basic room, no coffee maker in room. Be prepared when checking in to receive their lecture on no smoking, which is standard. What I didn’t expect is me a 56 year old grandma being warned they better not smell Meth or marijuana in the room. Which leads me to believe this hotel has a problem in this area. 」
