"A fantastic unmanned property with ample of parking. Whilst unmanned, they responded to our question promptly. The whole family room with 4 x beddings were spacious for our family of 5 (primary school age children to baby) to move around and to sleep. The projection with games was a hit with the older kids & the baby loved having her own space on the couch. And the bathroom was amazing. So glad we picked this place for our 1st leg of the Kyushu trip. "

"This is NOT a place for you if hygiene is important!! The hygiene is not up to standard and not for Japan. It feels the management have tried to cut operation costs and hygiene has been sacrificed. Bad: - Bins are only emptied at the end of your stay attracting crockaches. In summer rubbish begin to smell if you had food. This does not work well with a hotel offering a full functioning kitchen (as people would be cooking) - We were given one roll of toilet paper for a four night stay...

"We stayed in the triple bed room and it was spacious and comfortable. The check in process was a bit tedious as we were not provided the information needed, ahead of time. There is no front desk or staff present, we had to call an operator for the information. Otherwise, check in wasn’t too bad. Each person had an amenity kit and pair of slippers waiting. "This hotel is very conveniently located next to the OCAT and the Station. Everything is automated from the check in at a Kiosk, forwarding your luggage, and even storing your luggage is all done through your phone or a kiosk. If you make it error, it is time consuming bc you are not dealing with help from customer service. You have to figure it out yourself. I loved that the 7-11 was inside the hotel. The rooms were very clean. It's a big hotel so a lot of people go through the system so I get why its automated. I would book this hotel again although on the pricy side for it convenience to transportation."

"I stayed here simply to get the experience of staying in a capsule hotel. After having done it, it’s not to my preference but if I was in a pinch, or was traveling on a tighter budget, I’d 100% stay here again. Super convenient location, nice area to relax in and plenty of space for washing up. It’s a little odd to me not having onsite staff you can talk to, but it was still super convenient. My only issues were the noise at night (I’m sure we’re all shocked) and the cleanliness of the showers specifically, they could use a renovation. Otherwise it was quite nice."
