This might be the most perfect condo in Hawaii. Bottom floor. On the ocean. Right next to a restaurant (located on the ocean), 50’ from the gorgeous pool! Doesn’t get much better than this!

Overpriced for the space

The condo was advertised for $xx/night. At final checkout with all the fees it was over $almost triple /night. Was too much for this place. People looking into your windows, facilities were somewhat run down. The Oasis restaurant was right there and did have really great food. The condo is worth $xx/night as advertised on VRBO but definitely not worth $triple/night at final bill. We rented a very nice house on Poipu beach with a private pool for less than this condo.

For anyone looking for a centrally based place from which to discover Kauai, this unit should be at the top of the list. Great ground floor unit in a very good complex with a walkout with direct access to the ocean. Unit was very clean and well stocked to get your stay started off right. Highly recommend.

If you want a beautiful place to stay with top rated amenities and with great views of the sea, this spacious rental is for you. Double check your booking! Take screenshots!!

Reserved a 2 bed oceanfront unit that skept 6 across the hall from my daughters unit. When getting info through concierge found out we had been moved to a 1 bedroom poolfront unit. Had never been notified by Kauai exclusive. They said the unit we had booked was undergoing reno’s but we saw that people were staying in it. If we hadn’t checked with concierge about activities we would have arrived with no place for all of us to sleep. After several calls, emails, we were relocated to a unit that slept 4 not 6. It was a beautiful unit but our kids had to sleep on porch lounge cushions on the floor. Not what we expected for the $$ that we paid. CONFIRM your unit # frequently! Luckily I had screenshots from my original booking because when I later clicked on our listing on VRBO, the link went to a different unit. At first they acted like that was the unit I booked. Very shady. Great resort but didnt pay for mats on floor. : (

Great location, Five star Property, Great management. Loved our stay!!

Here are a few reasons I recommend this property: 1 The location is fantastic if you wish to see the different parts of the Island (as you should). 2 The unit itself is very comfortable, updated, clean and has ocean views. 3 Management was supper responsive and helpful. All the wonderful things to do and see in Kauai are spread around the Island. There is one main road that goes around the Island but not all the way around, so it can be tricky to get from one side of the island to the other. The location of the resort gives you access to all the must do's in Kauai: Wailua river (7 minutes away) Helicopter rides (15 minutes) Na pali Coast (50 min from ports) Hanalei Bay (45 min) Poipu beaches (40min) Airport (25min) etc. Across the street from the resort there is a SafeWay and a Whole Foods type grocery store called "Papaya" that has delicious breakfast bowls and smoothies. The unit itself its well designed. It looks very much like a 2 bedroom DVC villa from a deluxe resort at Disney. It's very comfortable, updated and clean. We enjoyed watching the sun rise and having 100% Kona coffee in the lanai overseeing the ocean. In the afternoons, after a full day of adventures, it was nice to relax at the pool or hot tub and have dinner at the Oasis (on property) or the Lava Lava (5 min away) both ocean front restaurants. Management responded to all my questions promptly, the app and local suggestions were very helpful. Concierge was friendly, easily available and helpful. Checking in and checking out was a very easy. We all loved our stay and look forward to go back.

Big Condo on the Beach!

Wonderful stay!

Went from April 17- 24, 2022 for our kids spring break. Unit A102 was a fantastic location! Big lawn right in front of the sliding doors, easy access and walk to beach and pool. Definitely worked well with us with having a little one under 2. Unit had everything we needed. Clean and spacious for our family. Will definitely book the same unit in the future.

4 night Stay with Teens - great space in a great location

We enjoyed the room and having laundry and a kitchen. Two king beds was great, so was having three bathrooms. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. We made an effort to visit the hot tubs once an evening after touring around. We also enjoyed the sunrises every morning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of four loved our stay at this condo. The location of the unit was perfect — a few steps from the pool and a the beach. The condo has ocean views from the 3 lanais and a large lawn that the kids (5 and 8) loved to play on morning (hunting for lizards) and night (hunting for toads). We appreciated being on the ground floor as it made going to and from the beach/pool easy. Also steps from the restaurant but it was closed during our stay. The management was communicative and professional, and took proper care during COVID times to ensure safety. The unit was clean and comfortable with triple-sheeted beds. We all slept well between hot, active days outside and AC/fans plus blackout drapes in the bedrooms at night. We stayed at two different units here, each with different management, and this unit was by far superior in decor, cleanliness, professional management, and location. The pool is wonderful — waterfalls, a sandy beach, 3 hot tubs, water slides. The downside of the pool was no inflatables were allowed. We bought pool noodles but ended up barely using them as the pool is shallow (4 feet at deepest). There are many tasty restaurants nearby, our favorites being Kenji Burger next door and Lava Lava Beach Club on the sand at the Kauai Shores hotel a short drive away where the kids could run and play nearby within eyesight of our table. We also really enjoyed Dukes at Kalapaki beach. Restaurants close super early in Kauai (8 or 9) and we struggled a couple nights to find somewhere to eat as there were no tables available and/or restaurants closing early. I highly recommend making reservations a week ahead of time. Also, many restaurants’ website-listed hours were inaccurate (perhaps because of recent Covid closures) and were closed when we arrived, so we learned to call ahead after a couple mishaps. Lastly, traffic here is so BAD. At times it took 45 minutes to go 1.5 miles so plan ahead.

First Time Kauia Visitor

We spent four days on the island. It’s beautiful and we will return to this island. Pros of property- The reservation and check in process was a breeze. Property manager responsive. Location was great for us. The fact that there is a Safeway, Foodland, Starbucks right across the street was awesome! Try Dojo also across the street - yummy! The pool on property was absolutely great! The unit was roomy for five people. Loved having large bathrooms! The beachfront location made for a beautiful surrounding however it’s not a great swimming beach. Cons: The unit itself is dated - it can use a refreshing. Beach is not great for swimming. My biggest complaint is cleanliness of unit. I felt like we paid a lot for cleaning. The shower in the second bathroom was filthy. I had to literally scrub it before allowing my kids to use it. I took pictures and sent to property management. They were responsive and offered to have someone come in. But we needed the shower so I had already cleaned it before I heard back from them. Overall cleanliness was not up to my standards. Bottom line - I would return to this location but would likely not rent this particular unit again.
