Relax & Enjoy
Exact view of what the picutre on listing shows. We saw Whales & Cruise Ships from our Lenai. The condo had Everything we needed Plus more. Close & Convenient to everything!

Kauai stay
It was conveniently located and had everything we needed. The unit had a good view, but a low patio set that had you looking at the railing if you sat. It needs a bar height set to make it enjoyable. The unit was very dated and needs an update. The bed and bedding could also use an update. The pool area was pretty, but shaded. Pool not heated.

The view was the best part!
We would stay here again just for the view! We were about 50 yds from the water, 1st floor, and could hear the waves and watch wind surfers. The condos themselves are old but clean and nothing to complain about (although the sheets and towels could be updated) but it had everything we needed.

Beautiful setting
Centrally located to shopping, dining and excursions. The view of Wailua Bay is spectacular. The bedroom of this unit remained well lit at night from lighting outside the unit. Also, conversations at the pool, made it difficult to rest/sleep. We have had the opportunity to stay in several units at Wailua Bay View over the years, and found this unit less desirable.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The view from the Lanai was great as well as the location. Several good restaurants you can walk to. We appreciated having all the snorkel gear, beach chairs, cooler etc. as we drove to many different beaches.

Conveniently located
The Condo was clean and nice enough. Our stay was okay just used it to sleep at night and sip coffee on the Lanai in the mornings. There is no Air Conditioning, but every other condo has one but ours, so we had to open all windows to try and let cool air in. The condo stayed warm and humid with no wind going through the condo. The check in process is inconvenient we had to go to an office in Lihue to grab the keys and then go back to drop it off 10min away. Every other condo had a combo lock. Over all it was convinient enough to stay in but I would not stay here again.

My stay in Kauai
I was very impressed with the overall booking, details and the concierge did a fabulous job of booking my activities, giving directions and total accuracy was spot on. Kudos to Gina and Liza for all of the work they did.

I had a really great time! The room needs new appliances and the towels were really gross smelly, but other then that, 10/10! Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect view and perfect stay
It was really a pleasure for us to stay there. The pool, the view from the balcony (amazing) the sound of the wave. We had everything we need to feel like home (for cooking and laundry) The only downside is the bedroom window is located beside the sidewalk of the condo.. when people are walking it felt like they were in the room with us. But it didn’t bothered us that much because during the night the environment was really quiet. We highly recommand!

Beautiful View
This was an older property, clean and everything in working order. It, however needs major updating as the decor, lighting and appliances, and bathroom fixtures were from the ‘70s. The view of the ocean is beautiful and the condo was relatively quiet and private. We were supplied with beach equipment, cooler and snorkel gear. Note however, there is no beach access from the condo but a short walk north will give you access to a narrow beach. The central location near Kapaa is very convenient for excursions to the north and south. Overall, a pleasant stay and reasonably priced.

Inspiring
Sleeping & waking up to the sound of the ocean was thrilling. I could literally escape my worried thoughts & feel better right away by just stepping on to my balcony & watching the ocean, the chickens feeding, and contemplating the beauty of the exotic flowers in front of me. I took many pictures of just that scene. I especially loved ut when it rained. Rain is my passion so I praise the Lord for that gift!!

Noisy
the condo was ok and had everything we needed. The check-in was really easy, having to take the keys back to the office for check-out was a slight inconvenience but it was an easy route to there then the airport. There is a lot of street noise in the bedroom, more then I expected. While this listing does not show a beach- Google maps and some other pictures of the property show a beach in front that does not exist anymore.

Great view, needs update
This rental has a fantastic view and convenient location. The complex is well maintained. The unit itself is woefully neglected and it really shows. First, the unit is not air conditioned which surprised us. Average temps thru summer and fall approach 90 degrees. It was therefore necessary to keep all windows and doors open. Also not disclosed by owner is that the building is maybe 300 feet from the highway and an all nite gas station. The auto sounds were incredibly loud. The other choice was to close all windows and die of the heat. One night at 11 pm even with windows open it was 90 degrees in the unit. Secondly, the unit appointments are old, dated, and sorely need to be replaced. The mattress was marginal. Almost all sheets and towels were stained. The pillows smelled disgusting. The patio decking is coming apart, patio furniture badly corroded, and patio doors corrodedto the point of difficulty to open. In sum, this is a marginal unit located in a very nice property. It is one of only 3 units in a building of 45 units not air conditioned. It is obvious that the owner has not been here nor seen the property in several years.

So close to being a perfect!
We loved our stay on Kauai. The location of the condo was good. The grounds, pool and common area are well kept and clean. Very close to the beach, which we walked on twice a day. However, we were disappointed with some aspects of the condo. It needed some extra cleaning, which we did. We think they could use new dishes, silverware and glassware. It also needs a good thorough cleaning. Not bad but could be better. Frustrated at paying the cleaning fee and not feeling like it's really clean. Not sure we would stay again. On a positive note: Kauai Vacation rental made check-in easy and left some fun goodies in the condo for us.

Great spot with easy commute to everything
Great little condo for my wife, baby and I. Had everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen, IE pots and pans, plates, glass, etc. Provided beach amenities which was very nice. Short drive to almost everything from Safeway to Walmart. The View was fantastic from the lanai. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, Comfortable Condo
Everything you would need while on vacation! Well equipped, comfortable, centrally located between the north and south beaches. Complex is well taken care of. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome view, great location, well equipped
We chose this property for it's view, great reviews and location. It did not disappoint! The view is better than the pix shows. The owner had some "extras" that made us feel that the owner wanted us to enjoy our stay-not just rent the property. ( Beach chairs, towels, 2 bottled waters in refrig with a collapsible lunch size cooler etc.) We would stay here again the next time visit Kauai.

The property was very clean. Grounds well clean and well maintained. Great view, easy beach access, close to town. The condo was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was updated, with the exception of appliances. The rest of the condo is a little tired.

Very nice condo and pool area. Loved the ocean and beach view.
We didn't have air conditioning and could have used it. We had to have our windows open. We were in condo 110 and our neighbor in 111 air conditioning raddled so loud. It kept us up at night. They really need to fix it.
