Loved the place

It is a very well-equipped and very well-kept unit. The kitchen has all the needed appliances and utensils. The apartment is a short walk to a beautiful beach. The views of the mountains and the coconut groves are stunning.

Nice condo in Kapaa

Great location, well-equipped condo although a little warm with no A/C but multiple fans helped. Wish Kauai would control the feral chickens/roosters - completely out of control!

Beach was within walking distance, however, beaches for swimming were only a short drive away. The property was clean, safe, and quiet. You might get some noise from the luau next door but we didn’t mind at all! Overall we enjoyed our stay, thank you!!

Reviewer Comments: a little small for the price. no place to pool or hot tub. now for the good stuff, lots of tools to cook with and a few spices too. beds are comfortable and the apartment cools off in the evening with a breeze and a few fans. everything was clean and taken care of, also had good response with the managment company. the location was nice. we could walk to a bar or resturant and a grocery store accross the street.everything else in town only a few minutes far as location on the island you cant be much closer to the middle of everything.

It was well stocked with paper products, kitchen supplies, cleaning agents, iron, extra towels, and pretty much anything you might need for your stay. The location was great - close to the airport, grocery store, restaurants, beach, and attractions on the east and south side. We had a toaster that was on the blink. The management was very responsive, and replaced it within a couple of hours. Although the unit was warm, there were ceiling and portable fans throughout the bedrooms and living room to keep things pleasant. The beds were very comfortable too. Overall, an excellent accommodation.

Has a small kitchen perfect for cookingWish there was a dish washer. Did not like doing dishes every day. There were 3 people but 2 bath towels in bathroom. Shower is nice bit careful floor is slippery/ at a slant. Recommend a non slip mat. Host is very responsive. Location is central. We visited north shore and poipu whenever we like. Convenient.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved staying at this property. Arrival was met with open air flow and I really appreciated the water in the fridge. The property was very clean and spacious, and so well located with a traffic light at the turn from the main highway to make it easy to get to regardless of the direction you're traveling. The entertainment viewing options were great with the Smart TV, it's not always easy to get sports on tv, and I was able to watch all collegiate basketball tournaments! The internet had good speed as I worked in the mornings. Make sure to eat at the Bull Shed at least once. Great stay.
