「Location is great. Short walk to the beach and 100 yards from the 9 mile beach trail. Laundry room onsite is convenient. Parking in front of unit makes it easy. We were comfortable but summer months may be problematic with the fans and we are from Phoenix use to some heat(DRY).Donna gave us a credit as the construction crew was replacing stairs with no notice. I would stay again.」

「Perfect property with a stunning ocean view right out the patio door! The condo is situated within walking distance to many restaurants and the Coconut Marketplace Shopping area. The location was also centrally located for visiting the northern beaches, as well as all of the southern beaches. 「Stunning views of the ocean. Sunrises from the lanai. The condo is well appointed and very clean. The lanai is spectacular. Pool is nice though it’s in a parking lot so not scenic , but it was well maintained and nice to have. The one opportunity is to get a more powerful air conditioner for the bedroom as is it tough to cool it down. Oh and the resident roosters and chickens provide great entertainment. 」
