Kapalua Bay Villa 14B1 is a one-bedroom condo featuring amenities such as picturesque ocean views, vibrant tropical decor, and complimentary high-speed wireless internet. The condo can accommodate up to four guests with a Cal King bed in the bedroom, a small private lanai space, blackout curtains, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

This tastefully remodeled condo offers oversized windows in the living room, dining room, lanai, and kitchen, providing incredible seascape views. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, custom cabinetry with optimal storage space, stainless steel appliances, and travertine flooring. In the living room, you'll find comfortable seating, including the queen sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV for relaxing after a fun day outdoors. Enjoy free unlimited long-distance calling to the US & Canada and central air conditioning throughout the condo.

The property offers a stackable washer and dryer for additional convenience and independence during your stay. Quam Properties provides basic amenities like bath and beach towels, as well as a starter kit of laundry detergent, dish pods, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and more. Resort and parking fees may apply.

Kapalua Bay Villa 14B1 is professionally managed by Quam Properties Hawai'i, providing concierge services and a one-time starter supply of toiletries. One set of towels will be provided for each registered guest, ensuring a relaxing and convenient stay.

Please note, due to two extreme storm events that impacted the 2026 work schedule for the Bay Villa pools.
The updated schedule is as follows:
      Pool       Closure Dates
      Pool B:     March 2 – April 17, 2026
Pool C:     March 30 – April 24, 2026
Pool A:     April 27 – May 22, 2026

Work Hours: Monday – Saturday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
To get back on schedule, Saturday work may be required.
The schedule is based on weather conditions.
During all closure periods, the affected pool areas will remain active construction zones. For safety reasons, there will be no access to the pool decks, and associated amenities, including BBQs, showers, bathrooms, and pool furniture, will not be available for use in the affected areas.

Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
