This “Gold Level” remodeled, one bedroom, two bathroom villa is the perfect escape while visiting Maui. Situated in the world-class Kapalua Resort, this property offers stunning island and ocean views, plus the finest in island style luxury living.



Once inside your villa you will find that both the interior, and the views, are nothing short of sensational. This high-end remodel features the work of one of Maui’s most coveted interior decorators. Designed to bring the beauty of the outside in, the interiors of the villa are in perfect balance with the breathtaking vistas. With vibrant colors, clean lines and all the comforts of home, you will discover this villa’s signature interiors simply cannot be improved upon.



The spacious living room is perfect for entraining, or, relaxing after a fun-filled day exploring the island. The living room features a pull-out sofa, love seat with ottoman, coffee table, flat screen TV, desk and AC. The pull-out sofa makes for a max sleeping capacity of four, or, futons can be supplied upon request.



Beautiful ocean and island views can be had from every window of the living room, dining room and kitchen. The main lanai just off the living room is the perfect place to take in these gorgeous vistas in! With a raised table and seating for four, you may find that you never want to leave this space. Looking seaward, guests are treated to the tropical views of the island of Molokai and then all the way down the Kapalua coastline to the world-famous surf spot, Honolua Bay. During the winter months this is the ideal location to craft yourself a mai tai and watch the humpback whales at play.



A beautifully remodeled kitchen is situated just off the living room, and is equipped with all stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops, custom cabinetry, stove, oven, sink, dishwasher, a full refrigerator/freezer and microwave. Guests will find the kitchen to be fully stocked with everything needed to prepare and serve the fanciest of meals. During your stay, if you may find that you are in need of something extra, please do not hesitate to ask and we will be more than happy to proved it for you. A breakfast bar is attached to the kitchen with three chairs, making this an intimate setting for coconut pancakes and morning mimosas.



The dining room table provides comfortable seating for four. Though Maui is known for its fabulous five-star restaurants, with your own ocean views there is no reason to go out.



Guests will find the remodeled guest bathroom adjacent to the living room; this provides the wonderful added space for guests to get ready for the day. This full bathroom features a shower, sink, granite counter tops, washer and dryer, along with a starter supply of detergent.



Settle in for the night in your master bedroom; it features a king size bed, flat screen TV, AC, cabinets, closet and a small lanai with seating. Relaxing in this quiet and comfortable space will have you set for another day of Maui adventures.



Attached to the master bedroom guests will find their remodeled master bathroom. This space features granite counter tops, twin vanities with sinks, a shower and large soaking tub. At the end of your day there is no better feeling than sliding into a warm bath! Toss in some plumeria blossoms and melt into the exotic embrace that is Maui.



This villa comes with reserved covered parking, free wireless password protected high speed internet, digital cable, discounted golf, starter supply of paper towels, soap/shampoos, laundry detergent and bath/beach towels, beach chairs and cooler.

Late departures must be made at the time of booking for a fee of half a day’s rent.

The Ridge features two beautiful, heated swimming pools. Both pool areas feature gas grills, lounge chairs, a location for eating, with tables and chairs, a shower, a soda machine and restrooms. Pool “One” has an additional full kitchen and large covered gathering area, making this a perfect space for dining throughout the day, rain or shine.
