Alles Top bis auf

Die Lage und die Ausstattung war top. Leider gab es Probleme mit der Ferienhausargentur. Wir hatten einen Ausfall des warmen Wassers und die Schlafzimmertür ließ sich nicht schleißen. Bei beiden war die Agentur offensichtlich überfordert. Auch nach mehrmaligen Anrufen konnte uns nicht gesagt werden wann wir wieder warmes Wasser haben werden. Das Angebot woanders zu duschen war uns zu umständlich, da immer jemand im Haus bleiben musste, weil die Terassentür zum Schlafzimmer sich nicht schließen ließ. Also haben wir den Tag bis 15 Uhr im Haus verbracht. Das Problem war weniger dass wir 6 h warten mussten, sondern keinerlei Prognose wann jemand kommen würde... Irgendwann kämm ein Techniker der die Wärmepumpe überbrückte und ein anderer der die Terassentür schloss. Die Terassentür wurde bis zum Ende unseres Aufenthalts nicht repariert und ließ sich nur kippen. Somit war die untere Terrasse sinnlos für uns. Und das bei dem Preis... Am Ende ist uns der Föhn runtergefallen und für die Neubeschaffung hat man dann 20 EUR Servicegebühr einbehalten... (Na wenn das nicht Kulanz bedeutet). Die 50 EUR für den Fön bringen mich heute noch zum lachen.

Das beste war die Unterkunft, was uns überhaupt nicht gefallen hatte, war die Kommunikation der Rezeptionisten. Sehr schlechtes Deutsch. Dazu kam das wie an eine Baustelle gewohnt haben und von Baulärm geweckt wurden (ohne eine vorab Information der Ferienhaus Agentur) deshalb war der Preis nicht gerecht verteilt. Selbst bei Abreise habe ich das Problem geschildert, aber auch da hatte ich den Eindruck als würde mich die nette Frau gar nicht verstehen. Jedenfalls habe ich auf meine Fragen keine Antwort erhalten. Eigentlich sehr schade, ich hatte erst einen sehr guten Eindruck der Ferien-Agentur gehabt.
