Holiday apartment "Am Yachthafen". Situated on a narrow headland between the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz, this ground-floor holiday property boasts a fantastic view of the water and all-day sun on the south-facing terrace. The green area around the house invites you to sunbathe, play and linger.



Wellness enthusiasts will get their money's worth, infrared sauna (heat cabin) with hi-fi sound system and LED colour light therapy as well as a whirlpool bathtub invite you to relax after a walk on the beach. A shower provides additional comfort.



Fantastic views open up from the living area through floor-to-ceiling windows across the adjoining terrace overlooking the marina. A harbour cinema provides entertainment during a sociable barbecue evening or romantic candlelight dinner.



On holiday there is time for creative cooking, and the fully equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Breakfast right by the water, pure holiday feeling.



Indoor entertainment is also provided by the fibre-optic Wi-Fi and access to Netflix and Amazon Prime.



The two bedrooms provide access to the second terrace and offer two additional TVs.



Underfloor heating, a whirlpool bath and sauna promise comfort at any time of year.



The entire holiday apartment has fly screens on the windows and doors.



There is a private car park and bicycle shed in front of the house.



The holiday accommodation is a ground floor apartment.



Our favourite spot: sunbathing in the pleasant Baltic Sea breeze on the south-facing terrace, with a view of passing sailing ships and seagulls in the blue sky.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
