Wir waren schon öfters im ORO und waren bislang mit keinem Haus/keiner Wohnung so zufrieden wie mit dieser. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut aufgeteilt, super ausgestattet und wirklich optimal gelegen. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns der Gepäckwagen in der Tiefgarage und die super bequemen Sessel im Wohnzimmer.

Eine traumhaft schöne Wohnung. Es gibt nichts, was es nicht an Ausstattung gibt. Die Wohnung bietet herrlichen Wasserblick, ist dafür aber auch recht abgelegen. Man benötigt schon ein Auto (oder Fahrrad), da es ein reines Wohngebiet ist. Selbst der Edeka ist für einige zu Fuß zu weit entfernt. Buchung und Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos. Die Betten sind (für kleine Leute) recht hoch, aber super gemütlich mit super Matratzen. Leider liegt die Wohnung in einer Windschneise, so dass bei Sturm sehr laute Windgeräusche in den Schlafräumen zu hören sind. Alles in allem aber absolut weiterzuempfehlen.

eine wunderschöne Wohnung, alles wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ein wunderschöner Ausblick vom Balkon auf's Wasser und sehr ruhig. Ideal zum entspannen. Wir und unser 4 beiniger Begleiter haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei der Ankunft stand sogar ein Napf mit frischem Wasser für unseren Hund bereit den er auch gleich genutzt hat. Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden!! Sehr freundlicher und schneller Kontakt!! Es waren zwar nur 4 Tage die wir vor Ort waren aber wir haben diese 4 Tage sehr genossen . Einfach wunderschön!!!!

Topp ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, mit schönem Blick vom Balkon (mit Strandkorb). In dieser Wohnung kann man es auch bei "Schmuddelwetter" gut aushalten. Der Strand ist nicht weit weg, Kappeln auch nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto und Einkaufen nur 5 Minuten mit dem Rad entfernt. Also, wenn ihr gemütlich ausspannen wollt, in einer Wohnung, die fast keine Wüsche offen lässt, seid ihr genau richtig.

Eine sehr hochwertige Unterkunft direkt am Wasser, die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. 5 Sterne sind absolut gerechtfertigt. Die Schlüsselübergabe mittels Tresor war total unkompliziert. Danke für 4 Tage Badewetter Mitte September!

Eine super eingerichtete Wohnung, tolle Ausstattungen, tolle Betten. Ein Bad in dem es sogar einen Duschhocker gibt. Besonders gut fanden wir den Rollwagen mit dem man das Gepäck und den Einkauf in die Wohnung bringen kann. Den Ordner mit der Bebilderung von den Schubladen und Schränken fanden wir sehr hilfreich beim zurückstellen des Geschirrs und Gläser. Toll fanden wir auch den Blumenstrauß und die zwei Flaschen Saft zur Begrüßung. Schön auch die Möbel auf dem Balkon, keine billigen Möbel bei denen man Angst haben muss daß sie gleich zusammenbrechen wenn man sich drauf setzt. Rundum eine tolle Ferienwohnung.

Absolute Top Wohnung mit allen Einrichtungsgegenständen die man benötigt (oder sogar nicht unbedingt im Urlaub benötigt). Hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Wohnung war schalltechnisch sehr gut isoliert. Das Wohlfühl- und Raumklima war sehr gut. Die Aussicht ist gut, wenn man nicht den vollen Blick auf die Ostsee haben will. Das kann man aber der Beschreibung (Fotos) schon entnehmen. Die Dokumentation bezüglich technischer Geräte und Geschirr entspricht DIN EN ISO 9001 und hat mich an meine frühere Aufgabe als QM Manager erinnert (absolut im positiven Sinn). Die Lage der Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr gut, allerdings fehlt dem gesamten Resort aus meiner Sicht noch eine erweiterte Infrastruktur an gastronomischen Einrichtungen. Wenn die Wohnanlagen nur eine teilweise gute Auslastung haben, dann ist ein Restaurant sicher zu wenig. Insgesamt aber 5 Sterne!
