Die Wohnung läßt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr gemütlich und hochwertig eingerichtet, toller Balkon mit Blick auf das Wasser. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Ostseeressorr läßt allerdings zu Wünschen übrig. Eine Bausünde nach der anderen, kein Baum, kein Grün. Nirgendwo kommt man ans Wasser. Keine Infrastruktur, es gibt bei 5000 Betten nur eine Pizzeria und ein Edeka. Da gibt es noch viel Luft nach oben. Trotzdem würden wir wiederkommen, da wir von dort viel per Fahrrad in die nähere Umgebung unternehmen konnten.

Tolles , sehr sauberes Mietobjekt, in toller Lage mit fantastischem Blick auf die See. Bei klarem Wetter schaut man bis zur dänischen Küste rüber. Alles vorhanden, was man nur brauchen kann, liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr bequeme Betten. So stellen wir uns eine Ferienunterkunft mit Nivea und Meerblick vor. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung in "fast" erster Reihe an der Ostsee. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung läßt kaum Wünsche offen und ist auch für längere Aufenthalte geeignet. Wermutstropfen hingegen ist die Gesamtanlage, die wenig "Seele" hat und leidenschaftslos und mit wenig strukturellem Verstand in die Landschaft geklatscht wurde. Keine Gehwege, magere Infrastruktur hinsichtlich Restaurants/Geschäften und kaum Vegetation. Sicher - im rauen Klima der Ostsee ist das Wachstum von Pflanzen verlangsamt aber hier ist auch im 10ten Jahr des Bestehens kaum etwas an Büschen und Bäumen zu sehen. Aber vielleicht ist das auch Absicht, dass man noch einen Hauch der ursprünglichen Nutzung des Hafens bewahrt... nämlich den einer Kaserne.
