Located in the picturesque Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz, in close proximity to the Schlei fjord and the Baltic Sea, this holiday home is an ideal base for unforgettable seaside holidays.
The accommodation spans two floors and offers a total of three rooms, including two comfortable bedrooms that ensure a restful night's sleep. A cot and highchair are available for families with small children, so even the youngest guests are well cared for.
The holiday home is designed with children in mind and features a sheltered outdoor area with a terrace, balcony, garden furniture, and a private beach chair, inviting you to spend relaxing hours in the fresh sea air.
The open-plan living room boasts a comfortable sofa area, a wood-burning stove for cozy evenings during the cooler months, and a dining area with a dining table where you can enjoy meals together. The large windows offer an exceptionally beautiful view of the harbor basin and the surrounding countryside. The elegant ambiance is complemented by modern underfloor heating and stylish furnishings.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. You'll find an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, and toaster, as well as all the necessary dishes and cutlery for everyday use. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes rack, and vacuum cleaner provide added convenience, especially for longer stays.
The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower, a separate bathtub with whirlpool function, a sink, a mirror, and a hairdryer. An additional guest toilet offers further convenience.

The holiday home is strictly non-smoking, pet-friendly, and not suitable for youth groups. Free private parking is available directly in front of the house.
