For the period from 01.04.-31.10. you have your own free beach chair at the ORO bathing bay.
You can easily reach the apartment via a lift that leads directly up from your underground parking space. There is space for up to 4 people in the approx. 56 m² apartment. The apartment is ideal for allergy sufferers: high-quality PVC flooring and mineral wall coating ensure a pleasant and allergen-free environment.
In the open-plan living area, you will find a comfortable seating area, a 40-inch flat-screen TV and a micro hi-fi system for your entertainment. Free WiFi and satellite TV with Sky are also available.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay, including a dishwasher and microwave. The separate dining area has space for up to 4 people. You can enjoy the wonderful view of the harbour and the Baltic Sea from all the windows.
The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and another 40-inch TV, as well as a safe for personal belongings. An additional room has a bunk bed (90 cm x 200 cm), ideal for children or extra guests. The bathroom has a modern design and is equipped with a shower and WC.

An underground car park and a bicycle storage room with e-bike charging facilities are also part of this accommodation. You also have access to a communal laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, both of which are coin-operated.

Any construction work at the resort will not affect the enjoyment of your holiday, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
