Alpenhaus Kaprun is a fabulous hotel - great location for ski lifts and shops, very comfortable and spacious rooms, really great food (we were half board) and super friendly and accommodating staff. If we come back to Kaprun in winter (or summer) we will certainly stay here again. Huge thanks to the whole team at Alpenhaus.

Wonderful hotel in a wonderful place.

We actually hoped to stay in Zell am See, but this location in Kaprun turned out to be a better choice. The hotel is in a great location and the food served for meals was a gourmet experience. We greatly enjoyed our stay here.

Cozy room, comfy bed, all clean. The staff is super friendly, the food is delicious with many options and we would stay here 100 times over! Highly recommend! And the SPAAAA! Will have you so refreshed! Definitely get a massage and facial! Also many sauna/steam room options! Love it!

This hotel is amazing and the staff are just as attentive, kind and accommodating. A few staff members to name *Dining Staff* Prasanth Juan Alexis Nadja Hrvoje Ronny *Reception Staff* Martina Mahmoud Sorry, didnt catch everyones names but i cant think of a single staff member who didnt help, greet or simply make us comfortable throughout out stay. I went on a activity lumbered itinerary with my 2 sisters, the hotel gave us summer cards which include bus transport and so many different activities which are free! I was amazed and saved so much not having to pay, such a helpful touch from Das Alpenhaus hotel. We appreciate all your kind service and will be not only recommending you to others but also paying another visit in winter season ourselves! Look forward to staying with you wonderful people again! Lovely hotel, great loaction

Wonderful hotel!

This hotel is located directly on Kaprun centre and you can reach the slopes within 350 meters from hotel. This is the biggest advantage of your winter holiday. The hotel is very well equipped with beautiful spa area divided to adults only and family area. They have also big size swimming pool with jacuzzi. Breakfast and dinner is slightly above average. But for us was the service of all members of staff that were are very friendly and helpful.

Das hotel review

Receptionist was very rude, her machine didn’t work to hold the money and her altitude was very bad, it took more than 30 minutes to get the check in over with. Parking costs 12 euros a day which was not mentioned in the booking details. We stayed for 5 days and The restaurant staff was rude most of the time. There is no AC in the hotel and it was extremely hot during the day

I was given the worst room in the When I asked them to change my room, they excused themselves by saying that the hotel was fully booked and that I had another room for another guest. This is disgusting discrimination. I will not repeat the experience. They ruined my vacation.
