Objekt 5108546 First IN Mountain Chalet C Kaprun
Die angegebene Waschmaschine und der Toaster fehlten. Sehr kleine Kaffemaschine für 4 Tassen. Brühvorgang dauerte 25 Minuten. Habe bei Vera moniert, Sie wollte eine größere Kaffeemaschine besorgen. Kam aber keine Rückmeldung mehr. Essensteller waren nicht für 10 Personen vorhanden. Unterschiedliche Teller für 8 Personen. Keine Eierbecher. Besteck reichte auch nicht für 10 Personen. Kaffetassen, große Humpen, und alle unterschiedlich zusammen gesammelt. Tischdecke auf der Terasse schmudelig, Stockflecken und zerrissen. Wäre gut, wenn ein Besen und eine Schaufel im Haus zur Verfügung wären, dann könnten die Gäste zwischendurch die Brösel kehren. Der Müll wurde in einem Raum gesammelt. Die anderen Gäste haben die Tür nie geschlossen, deshalb hat es bist zu unserem Chalet gestunken, was bei der Wärme normal ist. In nicht allen Bädern gab es Seife. In einem Badezimmer ein kleiner Föhn. das sollte einheitliche sein. Zusätzlich wären Zahnputzbecher angebracht. Hygienebeutel für Frauen wäre auch sinnvoll.
Haben keine Mobilitätskarte erhalten, auch keine Gästekarte, obwohl wir die Kurtaxe für 8 Personen bezahlt haben. Dadurch bekamen wir keine Vergünstigungen, mussten die normalen Preise bezahlen. Das hat uns zusätzlich einiges gekostet.
Aber sonst haben wir schöne Tage in Kaprun verbracht

Tolles großes Haus!
Ausstattung: kleine aber feine Sauna war top. Die Heizung ging am ersten Tag leider nicht, es wurde sich dann am zweiten Tag darum gekümmert, das hätte man besser machen können.
Mehr Besteck und Gläser, eine Skischuhheizung im Keller ist ein Muss für ein Haus in der Preisklasse :)
