Kaprun Luxury Hotel

"Great hotel complex with plenty of facilities. Nice location, good size room. Would have given 5 star if it wasn’t for this bizarre incident on second night. I wore closed top croc to buffet dinner to rest my feet but was told it didn’t satisfy the dress code and had to go back to room and change, despite seeing multiple people (male and female adults) wearing flip flops and sandals on the same night and other nights in the same buffet restaurant. "Det var helt perfekt. De har super professionelle og rigtig servicemindet. De er så servicemindet, at de spurgte om hvornår det ville passe os hvornår vores hybrid bil skulle lades op. De er super hjælpsomme med alt. Hvis man gerne vil have det perfekte ophold i Kaprun uden børn. Så er det hotellet man skal bo på. Morgenmaden var et overflødighedshorn af forskellig mad. Det var simpelthen så lækkert."

"The place was quite clean and nice, and they allowed us an early check in. Our lodge was nice and spacious, and comfortable to stay in. Sauna was pretty nice too, only really busy on one of the evenings we were there, but overall had the necessities. Close to the town centre, and there’s a free shuttle bus to take you to the ski area too. Only thing is they could improve the breakfast a bit - on one of the mornings the fruit we were given didn’t seem very fresh (the apples were very soft etc),...
