「Staff are not customer-friendly and are in a hurry to close the restaurant, even though they refused to serve an omelette. Food cost is really high, even overall cost, including breakfast, was not worth. No toilet tissues etc.

「Room was tidy but there were no basic toiletries or coffee/tea, although there was a jug for boiling water. I had to make a special request for these before they were provided. Also, & more importantly, internet sevice was unstable making it difficult for me to send or receive messages & when I tried to get assistance, the bedside phone was not working. I had to go down to reception to get internet & phone fixed. Thankfully it was only 1 night. Unlikely that I would come back again. 」
