“Nice clean room and especially bathroom. Good amenities in the room. Would have been nice to replenish coffee and tea sachets on a daily basis.
Excellent staff. Alwin at reception was awesome. Staff who served us at the bar and the restaurant ( cannot remember his name) was great too. Overall very pleasant stay.

“Room was tidy but there were no basic toiletries or coffee/tea, although there was a jug for boiling water. I had to make a special request for these before they were provided. Also, & more importantly, internet sevice was unstable making it difficult for me to send or receive messages & when I tried to get assistance, the bedside phone was not working. I had to go down to reception to get internet & phone fixed. Thankfully it was only 1 night. Unlikely that I would come back again. ”
