“No one when I arrived at the hostel it’s was 10 pm I tried to contact the owner he answer 45 min later and tell he was very sorry because it was Ramadan and that I couldn’t come. So I have to drive by night 3 hours to find a new place. So I haven’t spend my night I hope I won’t be charge for that!!! It’s a shame ”

“The bathroom was unacceptably dirty. They need to make sure they clean it before a new guest checks in.”

“Outstanding hotel beach and food”

“It's best to check in as early as you can because the pool/spa facilities close quite early before dinner time. We called room service for bath robes. The guy who brought them over claimed that he had knocked the door three times already (which we didn't hear), then he just opened our door and entered our room which was a big shock as we were still getting dressed. We complained but guest service replied that this is standard procedure. Our shower door also couldn't shut fully but we were too……

“It was a decent place but I wouldn't personally stay there again. Far from the beach, needed a shuttle, elevator was beyond slow and if more than 5 people came into it, it would not work. Bright side is the food was good for breakfast and dinner buffet. Pool was meh, felt really old and poorly maintained”

“Hotel is little bit old but spacious. Hope more staffs speak English will be nice.”
