The staff went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early, which made our arrival so smooth. Having complimentary airport pickup included was an incredible convenience.The morning started off right with a wonderful breakfast selection. Plus, its prime location—just a 10-minute train ride to all the main attractions—made getting around effortless."

"I loved the location very convenient to go out any direction. You can walk around or take a train, taxi, hop on hop off , public transit. I suggest maybe pay attention to your lobby area needs some cleaning at the storage area update the furniture. Overall place is very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. First day bothered me the most too much Graffiti in the city but after few days I got used to it."

"The property itself is kept in a very good condition and the rooms are clean and spacious. Views from the rooftop seating area are nice. I went in a moderately mild time of year and the air conditioning worked but was a little noisy at time, and you do hear a bit of noise in the rooms from the surrounding ones. Safe was definitely on the smaller side and would not fit a laptop. As others have mentioned the only real negative is the location. Its definitely not a nice place to have to walk through after dark, especially on the side streets, but once you get your bearings it is only a minutes walk from a main street and around 3-5 minutes to a metro station."

"We absolutely loved this hotel. The fridge in the room was nice and cold. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The air conditioning worked very well for us. "A pleasant surprise and good value. Very close to the main sites and very kind and a comodating staff. I was in a single room. Small but efficient with nice uodated amenties. Two things that i wish were better: 1. The thermostat is controlled centrally. So it was incredibly hot in the room and I had no way to cool off the room making it hard to rest. 2. My room was near the elevator bank so it was not as quiet as I would have liked. I would definitely return but next time book a room facing the Acropolis."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Pinnacle, in the heart of Athens, where everything is just footsteps away we were able to take it all in. The staff was especially helpful with directions and recommendations for dining as well as other destination spots. They were able to arrange transfers for us and everything was timely and as expected. Would highly recommend when in Athens a stay at the pinnacle, especially for the rooftop views of the Acropolis and Parthanon."
