Very welcoming staff and the concierge provided useful tips on our travel plan. However, the hotel is not that convenient as there is a 10 minute walk to major attractions and the hotel does not feel five star. Expedia told me we will be offered a bottle of wine but we got nothing except one bottle of complimentary water on the first day over our three night stay.
