The Matea holiday house consists of 4 apartments designed to accommodate between two and six people. Each apartment features a terrace or balcony where you can relax during your holiday in Croatia and take a break from everyday life.
Each apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
Additionally, the house's garden features a swimming pool offering a beautiful view of the sea and the island of Pag.
Sun loungers are available by the pool. You also have access to a lovely stone barbecue with an adjoining terrace.
The beach is about a 100-meter walk away—with no need to cross the coastal road—while the sea is approximately 50 meters away as the crow flies. A shop, three restaurants, and a kiosk where you can buy fresh bread for breakfast are located in the immediate vicinity.
The apartments are air-conditioned, and Wi-Fi is available.
Two SUP boards are available for you and your children to use.
Apartment Top 4 consists of two separate units. One unit features a kitchen with a living area, a toilet, and a large terrace, while the other comprises two bedrooms and a toilet.
