“入住前幾天就會收到住宿和周邊觀光的相關資訊，當天我們提早到apartment，聯絡host不到10分鐘就來幫我們辦check in，而且很親切地跟我們介紹環境，最棒的是還幫我們升級到更大的街景房。apartment內設備很齊全、乾淨又舒服，4號電車就直接停在apartment的門口！Check out後還可以寄放行李，離開時我們本來要坐電車、機場巴士到Zagreb機場，但host建議我們搭uber更方便、更便宜，最後還幫我們叫好uber，真的是很貼心，很愉快的住宿經驗，非常非常推薦！”

“Positive: Lovely clean space, not crammed and has all the modern conveniences. A Spar (groceries) across the road and the area is generally quiet. The flat was decorated lovely and was the perfect size. Location was also ideal for what I needed it for. “Die Ferienwohnung sieht auf Bildern sehr schön aus, ist in Wirklichkeit aber recht ungepflegt. Nach dem öffnen der Haustür öffnet riecht man sofort auffallend stark dne feuchten Keller. Der Geruch wird aber von einer Zwischentür aus der Wohnung ferngehalten. Der erste Eindruck ist dann zwar in Ordnung, aber leider ist die Wohnung insgesamt aufälllig dreckig, obowhl sie direkt vor unserer Anreise gereinigt wurde. Wirklich überall sind (große) Spinnweben und Staubfäden an den Wänden und der Decke.……
