“Luxury Spa Hotel Olympic Palace is a one-year-old 5 stars luxury hotel in Karlovy Vary. As it's in Karlovy Vary, the spa is the highlight of the hotel. They provide many different types of spa treatment. All hotel guests can use the Apollo Wellness Centre during their stay. It includes the hydro jet pool and 3 different kinds of sauna rooms. It located in a bit up on the hill with quiet environment but still very close to the tourist sites. They provide very friendly service and good……

“Overall it was a pleasant stay! Great location, spacious room and posh lobby and restaurants. However, we had a higher expectation since it’s “Grand hotel” we are taking about. I think the quality of breakfast could be improved. It’s quite “average” or even basic for me. On our second day of stay there was a power outage….😅”

“非面對主要街道的飯店，是在主要接到後面一條巷子內的飯店，但是離主要街道很近，房價就比主要街道上的飯店便宜很多，早餐很豐盛。”

“A beautiful building with a very nice Spa Area and very kind service and staff. What I didn't know before and got told when checking in was that our room was in another building, just 30m away but basically another hotel. It was still possible to go everywhere and use everything but for breakfast and spa you had to leave the house which in cold weather conditions can be annoying. Last but not least there was a little dog in the next room that was barking the whole time when their owners went……

“Alles in allen ist es ein empfehlenswertes Hotel in rückwärtiger aber dennoch zentralen Lage. Allerdings fehlen hoteleigene Parkplätze und man sollte wissen, dass die Fotos sehr gekonnt und geschickt aufgenommen sind. Der eine oder Eindruck weicht dann schon von der Realität ab”

“如果SPA營業時間再增長一點，會更加好，員工的態度亦是很好、很專業！雖然英語能力只是一般，但他們也會盡力去講解，值得一讚。😊😊但是早餐就不夠豐富。在游泳池外的景色是一個非常好的境觀”
