Nice hotel with nice room and wider single bed. The receptionist was very nice and advised very well. Pool are was clead although the jacuzzi is extremely small. Breakfast would need little improvement like adding some solt in scrambled eggs and better coffee. But it was included.

Die Lage ist hier alles, sonst eher mittelmäßig. Empfang sehr nett, Zimmer lassen einige Renovierungen durchaus zu. Es gibt Bademäntel und Pantoffeln, was wir gut fanden, allerdings war der Pool und Whirlpool von einer Horde russischer Mitmenschen bevölkert, so hat die Nutzung keinen Spaß gemacht. Beleuchtung lief auf Sparflamme und die Sauna war verschlossen und dunkel. Auf Nachfrage sagte uns eine Angestellte, sie wäre nicht zuständig. Alles nicht sehr kundenfreundlich. Frühstück nicht toll, Wurst alle, am Kaffee steht man am Automaten minutenlang, Auswahl an Speisen war nix für uns. Aber ok, bei 2 oder 3 Nächten gibt’s schlimmeres. Unbedingt Parkplatz vorm Haus reservieren, bei uns hat’s geklappt, Kosten 20,- Euro extra. Der Hammer kam bei Abreise, als wir gefragt wurden, ob wir etwas im Zimmer getrunken hätten. Ich bestätigte, dass wir eine der 2 vorrätigen Wasserflaschen geöffnet hätten, ja und? Dies machte dann bitte 3,- Euro extra 😡 wie bitte? In einem 4Sterne Hotel steht kein Wasser zur Begrüßung kostenfrei bereit? Wir würden zukünftig ein anderes Hotel buchen, da der Pool nicht nutzbar, Sauna verschlossen, Frühstück nicht lecker und nur die Lage und Aussicht top waren.

Tolles Hotel an zentraler Lage

Sehr gutes Hotel an zentraler Lage. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Fluss und die Altstadt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, es wurde immer aufgefüllt und die Teller sofort abgeräumt. Wir konnten auch einen Aussenparkplatz mieten für ca. 18.-- Euro pro nacht. Wir wüden dieses Hotel sofort wieder buchen.

The location and view are beautiful. About 2 km walk from the bus station. The breakfast was quite adequate. Since the hotel is old, the decoration of the room and bathroom is also old accordingly. In general, I saw a lot of spider webs and spiders in Karlovy Vary. There was a big spider on the wall in the room. Bed comfort was poor compared to the hotels I stayed in other cities.

Im großen und ganzen ein gutes Hotel. Direkt im Zentrum, alles gut erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Frühstück war so ok. Leider war die in der Beschreibungen angegeben Bar nicht geöffnet, man hatte keine Möglichkeit im Hotel, ausser auf dem Zimmern, den Tag in Ruhe ausklingen zu lassen.Beim Tischtennis gab es nur kaputte Schläger, Billard nur mit weißen Kugeln(sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig).Der Jacuzzi war defekt. Hatte da etwas anderes bei 4 Sternen erwartet.

Good enough to warrant a return visit!

The location is fantastic and the people are great! My only complaint would be that the condition of the property was a bit worn - but no more than can be expected from a hotel built in the 1890s. My overall analysis is that the place is wonderful and I’d be willing to stay there again. :)

Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant war sehr freundlich, Danke Larisa und Todora, Zimmer sehr sauber, dasEssen schmeckte gut, und die Lage top. Ein paar Steckdosen mehr pro Zimmer wäre echt gut. Insgesamt ist das Hotel zu empfehlen

Umístění hotelu je opravdu vynikají, přímo v centru a výhled na náměstí a okolní budovy je úchvatný. Paní recepční byla naprosto úžasná, milá a hovorná. Pokoj by opravdu hezký, drobné maličkosti by zasloužily opravit, ale nic složitého. Bohužel před námi zapomněli umýt toaletu, ale po upozornění obratem vyřešili, takže v pořádku.

Deer jump view

This hotel is located at the center which is very covinent to go around the main areas. The service and reply for any quests is excellent and they always were willing to assist the guests anyway they can. The view from the room was wonderful with colouful buildings and deer jump hill. The breakfast was also nice.

Worst stay ever!

Worst stay ever, we did not get the room wich we had payed for. The hotel has great potentials, but the management staff is operation in the old fashion way, they do not listen to the clients and do not provide good service. We stayed 3 nights Friday to Monday. We chose the Hotel mainly because of the indoor spa consisting of swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna. To our surprise the access to the sauna was not included and the price for just one hour was expensive, more than 400 CZK. The whirlpool was out of order 2 out of the 3 days and the swimming pool water was cold, around 28 degrees as evidenced by a thermometer. We were very disappointed also when we found out that the timetable was very rigid, in the morning from 8 am until 3pm is reserved only for guests who are in a cure and in the afternoon so we could not go, then they make a half an hour pause from 5 to 5,30pm where you are invited to leave in the rudest way possible by a member of the staff. Finally they close it at 7pm which is too early. The place is not clean either. The Hotel has a restaurant so we decided to go for dinner the first night as we saw a convenient buffet but we were told on the coldest way possible by a waiter that is also for cure guests only but that we could still dine à la carte with ridicoulously overpriced dishes. The bed linen was not clean, specially the pillow which smell of sweat. I asked for a change the next morning which they thankfully did. The atmosphere is cold in the place in general but the worst is the coldness and sometimes rudeness of the staff. Don't come unless you are in a treatment or cure stay.

Sehr zentrale Lage, denn man konnte das Auto stehen lassen und zu Fuß die Stadt erreichen! Nettes Personal und das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und reichlich...! Parkplatz vorhanden (gegen Gebühr) sauberes Zimmer und Bad. Bademäntel und Hausschuhe vorhanden. Einfach Super!!! Wir kommen wieder!!!
