Despite its proximity to the motorway, the loft is exceptionally quiet and guarantees restful nights. Thanks to its short distance to Karlsruhe, it’s ideal for business trips, short stays, or a city break—peaceful, well connected, and comfortable.

The Apartment

Enjoy 48 m² of true comfort and a welcoming feel: a fireplace, a cozy sofa, and a large TV create the perfect atmosphere for relaxing evenings.
Step out onto the balcony to enjoy some fresh air and unwind with a glass of wine.
Fast Wi-Fi is, of course, included.

The fully equipped kitchen features an oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator.
Sleeping arrangements include a 1.60 m wide bed on a raised platform. In addition, the sofa can easily be converted into a sleeping space for two more guests, and an extra single bed is available if needed.

Quietly located and completely private—perfect for switching off and relaxing.

Guest Access

Access to the loft is easy, flexible, and completely contactless.
Check-in is via a modern code lock, allowing you to arrive independently at any time—no key handover or fixed arrival times required. Your personal access code will be sent to you before arrival.

Plenty of free street parking is available in the immediate surroundings, making arrival by car simple and convenient.

Early check-in may be possible upon request, subject to availability.

Additional Information

The kitchen is fully equipped—ideal if you’d like to prepare your own meals. The high-quality fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher, stovetop with oven, and all essential utensils for everyday use.

The bathroom is modern and comfortable, featuring a shower and toilet.
All you really need to bring is your toothbrush—everything else is already provided. Towels and all essential amenities for a pleasant stay are included, with ample storage space available.

Please note: A washing machine and dryer are available, but their use is only possible in consultation with the host and for a small additional fee.
