Wundervoller Aufenthalt im September

Perfekte Lage. Ausreichende Ausstattung. Etwas sauberere Anlage wäre ein Pluspunkt. Internetanschluss wäre ein Pluspunkt. Generell kann ich den Platz weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne Gegend

Alles in allem ist die Gegend echt schön für einen Kurzurlaub. Es ist ruhig und man hat es nicht weit bis zum Strand. Wenn man in der kalten Jahreszeit reist, sollte man sich warme Sachen für die Wohnung einpacken denn trotz Heizung aufdrehen bleibt die Wohnung sehr kalt. Auch ein Hinweis auf die Mülltonnen die hinter eine Hecke versteckt stehen wäre nicht schlecht gewesen. Wir mussten regelrecht suchen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Strandnähe

Schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit allen was man benötigt. Strand, Lokale und Geschäfte in 3 - 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Wenn W-LAN vorhanden ist, kann man sagen perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Urlaub am Meer

Gemütliche, mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Nur ein paar Schritte bis zur Ostsee, zum Centrum und Gaststätten. Der Ort Karlshagen ist sehr sauber und hundefreundlich. Wir kommen gern wieder mit unseren 2 Hunden.

Super Betreuung durch die Agentur

Mails mit Anfragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Der Service war sehr gut. Die Unterkunft war perfekt. Sauber, sehr gut eingerichtet, in einer kleinen Urlaubsanlage. Jederzeit wieder.

Tolle Lage

Tolle Lage, sehr Strandnah, Wohnzimmermöbel neu und sehr schön. Super Schlafcouch. Küche und Schlafzimmer Möbel in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise muffig. Geschirr teilweise dreckig. Elektrogeräte in die Jahre gekommen. (90iger) Leider kein Esstisch auf Terrasse, nur Lounge, was schön ist zum entspannen, aber essen will man im Sommer draußen an einem richtigen Tisch. Fehlende Fliegengitter. Fehlende Batterien in Fernsehbedienung oder fehlende Abdeckkappe an Lichtschalter. Die Lage und der tolle Familienliebe Ort haben den Urlaub trotzdem sehr schön sein lassen.

Im Großen und Ganzen sehr gut

Hallo. Diese FeWo kann ich gern weiterempfehlen und das werde ich auch. Allerdings ist die vermietende Agentur dieser FeWo nicht so gut.Wir sind mit einem Chihuahua angereist. Der Rasen im Garten war Kniehoch. Wir konnten diesen 3 Tage nicht nutzen.Von unserem Hund ganz zu schweigen.Als wir dies per Mail bemängelt haben,kam von der Agentur kam nicht mal ein Entschuldigung. Es wurde dem Eigentümer in die Schuhe geschoben, mit Aussagen wie " manche Eigentümer lassen es ein Naturgarten sein" und " der Eigentümer ist dafür verantwortlich". Laut den Bildern bzw. der Beschreibung ist da ein Garten zur Nutzung.Also lieber Eigentümer. Wofür beauftragen Sie so eine Agentur, die es nicht mal fertig bringt sich bei zahlenden Gästen zu entschuldigen. Trotzdem ist das eine super, mega gelegene FeWo. Der Hundestrand ist ca. 20 min zu fuß entfernt. Er ist sehr sauber und sogar von der BayWatch bewacht. In der Nähe ist ein Park zum spazieren/gassi gehen. Also unser fazit.... super FeWo, super Lage,schlechte Agentur, armer Eigenümer

Sehr gemütlich, harmonische Einrichtung, liebe volle Details

Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht! Alles in einem war es ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub, das einzige ist, das nächste mal nehmen wir für unsere Kinder auch ein Schlafzimmer. Das beste ist aber wirklich, das man in wenigen Minuten am Strand ist und weg vom Schuss ist. Es ist für uns in jeden Fall ein kleiner geheim Tipp!!!
