极其糟糕的酒店管理，行李员一副不耐烦的嘴脸，前台一副无所谓的样子，没任何房间服务。设施极其老旧，管理又差，早餐更是灾难对中国人和外国人两幅嘴脸。国内住如家这个档次的可能觉得不错，但是如果住过国际5星，那么不要尝试了。1500的价格绝对有更好的选择。唯一优点沙滩不错

酒店幾舒服，大堂好寬敞，舒服；最喜歡他們的兒童設施（泳池和kid club)可以消磨不少時間。早餐選擇不多，也不是很好味，但可以望住海灘食，也幾享受的。 附近地區沒有東西逛，酒店提供收費shuttle 得好，可惜選擇時間太少。 不過也值得考慮再來。

適合一家大細去HEA地方，還可以對著個海發呆，這是對于長期處于大城市生活最好的調劑地方。
我有兩個小朋友一齊入住酒店，因為主要系渡假和放鬆性質，所以無安排一些出海或者參觀活動。 小朋友可以6個不同的泳池裡面玩，通常5歲以下小朋友最喜歡系有兒童遊樂設施的泳池，大少少會去位于海邊但同時提供滑梯的，最happy系可以邊玩水邊嘆可樂Sprite，但系食物就一般啦，牛扒好硬，即使有無敵海景搭配，都難以消化。 附近無咩好食地方，可以講貴而且素質一般，就近可以搭200pa去Kata食，好多野可以揀。由酒店提供的自助餐，每天有不同的風情，但都會hard sell你買野飲，同時提供好一般的食物，我覺得自助免費早餐系最正。

環境舒適，房間清潔整齊又寬敞，且充滿著清新的檸檬香，可惜這些香氣只限第一天，隨後的三天已聞不到了，有點失望；酒店職員服務態度良好，SPA中心服務亦不錯（2850泰幣/位）；適逢兒子生日，酒店還免費送上生日蛋糕；酒店內的餐廳食物水準不錯，價格合理，平貴任君選擇，唯不近市中心，需要半小時車程。

只是在沙灘邊的酒店
住的房間在地下，對正沙灘，但海景被一些矮樹叢遮蔽了一部份，導致景觀失色了些。反而同一景觀的高層房間會靚很多。房間内部的傢俱保養一般，地板也有多處地方蹺起。 酒店的泳池，有三個在沙灘旁邊，但泳池不是很大，玩樂時經常會撞到其他泳客，所以要玩得很小心。還有一個不時太大的小朋友嬉水池，可玩上半天。 沙灘的沙粒細小；浪很大，玩堆沙堡或衝浪，也可玩上半天。 酒店外有數間食肆，味道一般，遊客區價錢。如不想在外吃，酒店内也有數間不同種類的餐廳。如都不喜歡，這條街還有三間便利店，内裡的冷涷食物也可選擇。 酒店吃早餐有二個地方，一個較大，食物豐富，用餐環境舒適。另一個較細，但内裡食物的擺放高度，適合小朋友取食物，但種類比較大那間少些。致於用餐環境，更加靠近海邊。二間用餐的地方，服務員的服務態度，我一點也感受不到去了一間評分五星的酒店。 由酒店到機場，大約需要1小時10分鐘左右。

订的ocean front,景色还不错。但是房间是个联通房的一间，并且两面墙都是隔板，隔音好像还行，没有听到隔壁的声音。 早餐可以。 在大厅对着的那个餐厅吃了午饭，点了pizza,简直难吃死了，吃完后我和老婆两人都感到非常不舒服。

The whole experience is awesome! We picked our room at sea view and we can simply hear the sound of the ocean right in our room. The room is big and comfy. And the beach is very clean as it's a private beach and only a few people was playing around and it's very enjoyable. :)

The room looked outdated, the bathroom and restroom were the worst part. AC was loud and impossible to adjust. The breakfast place overlooks the beach and that portion of beach is filthy. You have to pay for the lounge chairs on the hotel beach. Lots of flaws for a hotel that is supposed to be in the upper tier. As a reference we stayed at Le Meridien Karon: beautiful and clean private beach, free lounge chair, rooms are super clean, price is similar.

Location on Kata Noi made for a relaxing stay. Mostly families, couples and singles, so no loud beach crowd. The beach was powdery white sand, the water inviting with 2 no-boat areas sectioned off for swimmers. Quite an array for the complimentary breakfast. Staff easily assisted with day trips and activities. Housekeeping staff is the best, making sure guests have everything they need. In addition to a gorgeous beach, there are a number of pools. Recommended!
