Struttura concepita per armonizzarsi in un contesto tradizionale greco. Arredamento in legno e tessuti locali di buon gusto. Appartamento piccolo ma funzionale co vista mare suggestiva. Si scende al mare a piedi.ci sono alcune taverne. Abbiamo mangiato ottimo pesce da Iannis. Supermercato ben fornito a 1,5 km . La nostra Host, Sofia è persona deliziosa. Ha saputo accoglierci con la spontaneita' della sua gentilezza . È stata attenta a capire le nostre esigenze con disponibilità e professionalità. Consiglierò questa struttura alle persone a me care. Beautiful location and very friendly owners. There is a bar below the hotel which can be noisy until early hours of morning. Property needs to read room requests..... I would stay again but be very specific about which room I would like. Finiki is a lovely little village with some great tavernas.

Kommen gerne wieder!

Mein Mann und ich hatten ein sehr gemütliches Apartment mit einem Balkon mit Blick zum Strand und Hafen. Die Küche war komplett eingerichtet, das Schlafzimmer mit dem außergewöhnlichen aber sehr bequemen Bett war voll in Ordnung. Die Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert und war sehr leise (gegen Gebühr). Es war alles immer sehr, sehr sauber. Die Inhaber waren sehr hilfsbereit und zu jeder Zeit erreichbar, wenn man etwas gebraucht hat. Der Strand ist klein aber sehr schön, mit feinem Sand, Liegen und Sonnenschirmen gegen Gebühr. Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft rundum wohl gefühlt und wunderbar erholt.

Una Doccia Gelata

Sono veramente dispiaciuto nello scrivere la seguente recensione perché i proprietari si sono dimostrati persone gentili, disponibili e squisite. Nel nostro caso quanto recensito da altri viaggiatori in precedenza non rispecchia nella maniera più assoluta quanto ci siamo trovati di fronte. Purtroppo le nostre aspettative sono evaporate rapidamente appena entrati nella nostra camera. Ok la posizione, la vista panoramica sulla baia di Finiki e i tramonti ma giudico l’esperienza vissuta per quanto riguarda “la Pulizia” piuttosto negativa. Sul pavimento si notavano capelli e sporcizia, precaria anche la pulizia del frigo. Al contrario della stanza, che era piuttosto ampia, il bagno era abbastanza piccolo con una finestrella rivolta verso il posteggio e la strada sullo stesso livello del bagno stesso. Abbiamo chiesto una tenda per la finestra del bagno priva di persiana, al momento negata e suggerito di chiudere le imposte ed accendere il condizionatore. Dopo pochi minuti di funzionamento ci siamo ritrovati con il pavimento del bagno completamente bagnato. Ciò era dovuto alla condensa di scarico del condizionatore che, seguendo i tubi che collegano lo stesso all’unità esterna e collocati a vista poco sotto il soffitto del bagno gocciolava per tutto il loro sviluppo. In seguito abbiamo ottenuto una piccola tenda per il bagno e lo scarico del condizionatore è stato deviato all'interno del box doccia. Il vento ci ha evitato di utilizzare il condizionare nelle giornate successive.

Wonderful flat near the sea

The owner Costantinos is a very beautiful person, very kind and nice. The place is amazing: near the beach and in a little beautiful town, Finiki. The flat is very clean and confortable. We can do breakfast looking at the sea. Wonderful!!! Often the cleaning woman cames to change sheets and towels. There is a parking closed to the studios

hotel con bellissima vista sul porto di Finiki

hotel ben situato in posizione strategica da aeroporto e spiagge caratteristiche. staff gentile e proattivo (frigorifero rotto subito intervenuti). consigliato per famiglie in cerca di pace. Camera ampia (da 3) con bellissima vista peccato solo per il bagno piccolo ma era in sottoscala. pulito (ogni 2 gg) e bellezza di addormentarsi e svegliarsi con il rumore del mare consigliato.

hotel molto pulito ed economico

Vista meravigliosa sul porto e spiaggia di Finiki. Pulizia e cambio lenzuola e asciugamani ogni 2 giorni. proprietari molto gentili e disponibili a dare consigli,venirti a prendere e riportare in aeroporto e altro. Consigliato affittare scooter o macchina per vedere le magnifiche spiagge di karpathos

Vista stupenda!!!

Devo iniziare dicendo che ci avevano messo nell'appartamento numero 10 pazzesco un incubo, al passaggio di tutti di conseguenza obbligo finestre e tapparelle chiuse senza tende perciò al buio spero che abbiano solo quel appartamento in quella situazione ..... poi ci hanno spostato al numero 4 , bellissima posizione con terrazza vista sulla baia , grande , pulito, lo staff è molto bello penso la miglior posizione, titolare molto gentile, fiori ben curati , penso che il punto forte di quel hotel è proprio la vista e la posizione, ma ci sarebbero un po di lavori semplici di manutenzione da fare, l'aria condizionata non ha mai funzionato, sinceramente non serviva l'isola è molto ventosa,
