“The only reason I stayed was because I had a 6:45am flight to catch and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to Biarritz airport. It is a motel next to the highway and their electronics door keys did not work for me and another customer who checked in. Minimal amenities and a bit noisy as next to the highway. Room is small and bed not too comfortable. Asked for 5am morning call they said ok but ended up no one called. The only thing I like was the dinner at their restaurant which was surprisingly……

“It's truly a boutique hotel, personally owned by one man since 2005. It took him 2 years to renovate a neglected 19th century stable and create a luxurious retreat. The hotel only has 8 rooms (making it the smallest 5-star hotel in France), and it's open during Biarritz' high season, only 4 months. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are tastefully decorated in a blend of modern and period furnishings. “Wonderful hotel, attentive staff, great location, very good value for a 4/6 bed suite, ideal for a family, spa facilities were excellent, indoor and outdoor pool, less than a ten minutes walk to a fantastic beach, Biarritz only 15 minutes drive away, also local buses just outside of the hotel. Local shops a short walk away. It is located on a golf course, we do not golf but the bonus was that it is set in beautiful grounds.”

“总体来说酒店非常漂亮，地理位置也很好。唯一缺陷是我入住的小套房，卫生间没有浴缸，也没有独立的冲淋空间，马桶和冲淋空间和唯一一个洗漱台盆是在一个4平米不到的小房间内，每次冲淋完，整个卫生间的所以地方都是湿的，包括马桶。第一次看到如此奇怪的卫生间，感觉是装修到中途还没继续下去的。酒店一楼海边餐厅做的没那么好吃，甜品还不错。总体来说性价比不高，1600欧元一晚上，卫生间装修的有点简陋了。期待改善”

“We had a lovely relaxing stay. Our cabin was very clean and had plenty of space for everyone. We went to the beach daily and used the pool a couple of times. There is an onsite restaurant and several others in the beach (there beach is ~20 minute walk). Totally recommend”

“Positives - The balcony is genuinely useful for drying clothes and towels. On-site parking is a major plus in Hossegor as street parking is a nightmare, though spaces fill quickly. The location itself is excellent and easily walkable to both the lake and town centre. Negatives - Check-in & Access: The door code didn't work. We had to trek back to reception, which is in a different building on a different street—information you only discover after arrival. They issued a replacement……

“Belle vue sur la place de ma chambre. La chambre et la cuisine sont sur 2 étages donc prévoir qu’il y a des escaliers et notre appartement était aussi aux deuxième étage. Donc aux personnes âgées , beaucoup d’escalier pour les bagages et les aller-retour.”
