“My family had constable stay at the Vanilla Hotel at Fukagawa. The room is new and fairly clean. The location is excellent: there are train station, convenient stores, many stylish cafes, a clean coin laundry, and restaurants. There staff was polite and thoughtful; she rent us a couple of umbrellas on rainy days. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. HEADS-UP: the kitchen doesn’t provide cookware and dishwater.
