「The cigarette smoke in the hallways was nasty. The women’s onsen is tiny. The room was quite small as well. The staff were amazing and so was the breakfast. Great proximity to restaurants, grocery store and bike store. 」

「I recently stayed at this wonderful Japanese onsen hotel for five nights for the second time, and it was just as amazing as my first visit. The hospitality was exceptional; the staff was always welcoming and attentive. I absolutely loved the set dinners, which featured delicious kaiseki cuisine that showcased local flavors. The onsen experience was also fantastic, providing a perfect way to relax after skiing. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I can't wait to return!」

「The location is close to the Nagoka station but there is limited options for convenience stores nearby. Although there is shopping mall inside the station, it closes at 7-8pm.」

「Nice and good service by front desk 」
