"Location is right in the centre so very convenient. But the room was pretty much like a travel lodge, nothing special. IKEA furniture, couldn't open the window fully as desk was in the way. Shower mixers didn't work properly, TV didn't work for two nights, room was not thoroughly cleaned , toiletries were very basic. And even though it stated on the website as having heating ,it didn't. Not even the towel rail. One day it was 15 and rained all day. So the lady on reception tried to be helpful and kind but there wasn't much she could do."
