Guests benefit from shared use of a round above-ground swimming pool with a diameter of 5 metres and a depth of 100 centimetres, available seasonally from 1 May to 15 October, making it an ideal choice for warm-weather stays. Unit Layout

"Pinia I+II" is a 5-room terraced house vacation rental spanning 96 m2 across 2 levels, accommodating a maximum of 9 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property is composed of 2 terraced houses rented as a single unit, with no internal connecting door between the 2 separated properties.

The first terraced house features a living and dining area on the ground floor with 1 sofabed and satellite TV, alongside an open kitchen equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A shower and WC are also located on this level. On the first floor, accessible via a steep staircase, an entrance hall with air conditioning leads to 1 room with 1 double bed.

The second terraced house similarly offers a living and dining area on the ground floor, featuring 1 double sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, satellite TV, and an open kitchen with the same appliances as the first unit. On the first floor, also accessible via a steep staircase, an entrance hall with air conditioning leads to 2 bedrooms: 1 room with 2 beds and 1 room with 1 double bed. A shower and WC serve this upper floor.
