「First of all, this is not a hotel, completely not. I booked this accommodation like one month ago before the trip, they will send you a form for submitting your personal information so that they will get you the key information and you have to enter the room by yourself.
However, they didn’t give me anything after submitting the form so I send another email to them for enquiry one day before arrival.
On the arrival day they send me the same form then I submitted again but they replied that...

「Almost like a cabin/mobile home accommodation. It was very clean and modern. We had no issues checking in. Although it is a short walk to the nearest station and only 2 stops to shinjuku it felt far out of the city, and it was in a very residential area.
