「The umbrella by the pool (ringed in red) fell and nearly hit my partner on the head, just missing her by pure luck. It was not secured properly, and there was no apology from the staff. Food was poor, and cleanliness could have been much better (bird's nest on our balcony and bird droppings (see photo) had not been cleaned prior to arrival. 「The hotel and most of the staff were friendly and spoke English. However, we ended up in a corner room surrounded by teenagers throwing parties and barely got any sleep.
