“This was great for what we needed it for. Much better option than the hotels in the area. ”

“Adams Estate is a beautiful, quiet place to stay with a row of cute cottages and landscaped grounds overlooking the scenic lake! The room was comfortable and kitchenette was convenient. It was too cold to use the pool but it looked nice! When an issue came up, the property manager immediately responded by text. This would be a great spot for a family reunion or wedding as well.”

“We stayed here because our soccer team had a tournament in the area. We had a couple families stay and the price was much cheaper than hotels around the area. The house is beautiful and spacious inside. Has alot of upgrades. At first we thought the neighborhood looked a little off, but we had no issues at all with our stay. We have some other tournaments in this area later in the year and we will definitely be booking to stay here again.”

“The property is in a secluded area. It is clean but neighbors are not very friendly to outsiders. We were there 2 days. From the afternoon we arrived til 2:00am the next morning each day were an unusual amount of firecrackers and gun shootings. The day we were leaving it started again at 5:00 am. I think it was possibly a hate crime attack because we are four, black, 60 year old Pastors and Ministers and the noise level was unacceptable. When we discussed it with Lorie, she said HOA nor police……

“Communication with the host was simple and she was accessible. The basic amenities were readily available and we did not have to rush to go to the supermarket when we arrived. The place is spacious, clean and neighbourhood very quiet.”

“I would definitely stay here again when in the Lake Alfred area. The only issue is the distance between the floor and the mattress in the Master Bedroom. Short people or elderly will have difficutly getting in and out of the bed.”

“It was disappointing that we didn't have use of the garage to park one of the cars. It was very difficult backing out of the driveway because there is so much traffic both directions. There was so much loud traffic on the road that there was no way we could back into the driveway without causing a major traffic jam. It was loud sitting outside with all the traffic noise. Fortunately the driveway had a small pad off to the side of the driveway so we were able to pull into the driveway, back……

“Very clean, nice neighborhood. I grew up in Lakeland and this area is safe and private. Very pleasant host who was outside when we arrived. I didn’t get to thank her because we were rushing to change outfits. Was in town for a friend’s event. Stayed one night with my wife and son. Son slept soundly on the sofa bed. Will def stay here again when in the area. Bragged to friends about the room and was pleasantly surprised how cozy and tidy it was. Brand new sheets for the sofa bed was nice. Glad I……
