“Friendly staff”

“Toilet in room did not flush. Had to use downstairs bathroom. No discount given. Tried to over charge for pets. No real pet area outside like other Hamptons.”

“My stay at Avid was extremely disappointing, particularly when it came to housekeeping and room cleanliness. I was moved to three different rooms because the bedding was not clean. There was hair throughout the sheets on each bed, and one of the comforters had noticeable stains. By the time the issue continued into the evening, it was too late for me to reasonably look for another hotel, so I had to request fresh sheets and change the bedding myself. “still breakfast, even no packed oatmeal or pastries?! BUT same price!!! Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! I request a partial refund for expensive these two rooms which will be very reasonable ”
