“Beautiful place to stay. Staff are accomodating”

“位于白岛对面，酒店也提供船过去白岛，硬件条件也算是岛上比较好的一家了。但是我们一行4个家庭在这个酒店的经历实在是让人很不高兴 1. 我们在酒店吃饭的时候丢钱了，酒店只会敷衍，根本不作为，最终没有把钱找回来，虽然我们没有直接证据，但很大的概率指向酒店内部员工。 2. 我们有三间房间是通过酒店邮件预订的，因此还打了一笔国际转账作为定金，这笔定金酒店没有按照当时的汇率结算，而是打了8.5折左右，询问为什么这样，根本说不清楚，一会儿说是岛上汇率有差别，一会儿说银行就给他们入账了这么多，但实际上他们无法确认哪一笔明细是来自于我的转账，而他们每天都能收到不同国家的很多人的转账。 3. 第四天晚上不知道为何酒店三楼和四楼地板上有大量的臭虫，密度大概是一平方米30个，实在是头皮发麻，被吓了一大跳，臭虫还爬到了椅子上，晒在外面的衣服上。 4.……

“It was a comfortable stay despite the fact that the place needs an upgrade ( they can do more with the pool to make it more enticing). But the courtesy and solicitude of the staff, the delectable food, the gorgeous view of the sea at sunrise and at sunset, more than made up for what was lacking. Kudos to the owners and the staff”

“Séjour de rêve ! Dès l'aéroport grâce à la navette gratuite on se sent attendu et accueilli. La maison est super équipée et le lieu un paradis très bien placé avec petite piscine et plage, le tout super bien entretenu. Le personnel.est adorable, le petit dejeuner servi sur la plage ou dans votre salon extérieur cozy est FABULEUX. Miam les crêpes, les fruits, le pain, les confitures maison et le jus frais entre autres... Quel bonheur d'avoir passé Noël dans une île si sympathique, où les……

“Location is close to Jollibee & away from the main road. Helpful staff. Good sized room. Clean. There’s a billiard table & a pool. However, we had to ask people at the bar to quiet down coz they were yelling & we were tired. ”

“The property was huge and had everything we needed. Some items need repair/improvement (like broken locks and creaking doors) -- and our children complained of the salty pool water! -- but it was, all in all, a great stay. What made it all the more special was the super-kind staff -- they were so nice and accommodating they even scavenged for wood that we can use in the firepit fronting the sea! This is a great place to stay for a short stay to explore Camiguin Island. We had a blast! Thank……
