Really nice hotel well situated, nice and helpful staff and good breakfast buffet (though slightly expensive). and of course we liked the upgrade of our room very much, Thank a lot to the reception

The hotel requires a complete renovation. The windows in the room couldn't be closed—the doorknobs didn't work, leaving a gap and making it very noisy. There's no hot water in the shower, and the bathroom is dirty. Breakfast staff runs around chaotically, mixes up orders, and, without protective equipment (gloves), transfers food brought from the kitchen to containers (the waiter used the same hands to collect dirty plates from the tables). Long wait times for closed breakfasts. The hotel's location is a plus. The wellness area needs renovation.

Misleading information

Booked this only since the junior suite was supposed to have a bubble bath, and I wanted a swim in the pool. There was only regular tub, and they claimed they had not had bubble bath in a long time, even if room info stated bubble bath specifically, and there was even pictures of it. They changed the info after I complained, and was gonna compensate me, but never did. The pool was way too cold. Disappointing experience.

Personalet var venlige og rare alle sammen, men mangler nok lidt forståelse for, hvad det vil sige at være et 5-stjernet hotel. Et eksempel var “servicen”, da et toilet var i stykker på værelset og ikke var brugbart - at “det var muligt, at blive flyttet til et andet værelse uden ekstra omkostninger” (fulgt af en løgnehistorie om, at andre gæster godt havde kunnet stille sig tilfreds med et værelse uden et funktionelt toilet😀). Det takkede jeg så ja til (også på en høflig måde).
