「Good hotel. Very close to golden temple. 」

「When we arrived at the premises, the staff at the reception was not aware of our pre-paid booking even though we had called the hotel just an hour before the arrival. The staff had to contact a few people then only we were allowed to check in. There were no reasonable transport service available with the hotel. There was only one filthy washroom in a twin double bed room booked for 4 people. We had informed the staff beforehand that we will be checking out at 5:30 in the morning, but...

Very clean room with the hotel having friendly staff and an upbeat modern feel that you would find in a European hotel. Lovely hotel. This is my second stay in a 10 month period since I had such a comfortable stay for a few days staying here in August 2023.」

「Good stay. Just one night, but the service and the hospitality was amazing. Friendly staff. Food quality was excellent! The only drawback was the chanting outside on a loud sound system which was going on from 5am onwards. Hard to sleep in. 」

I would request the hotel to consider replacing the extra bed and mattress provided for extra bed for something better. The main bed was very comfortable. We had a lovely stay and booked for further 2 days on return trip. Thanks 」
