RS-Hotel smart & modern Hotel Apartments

RS-Hotel smart & modern Hotel Apartments

8/10 Good
"The staff where brilliant and incredibly friendly, would have been 5 stars but I do feel like the cleaning in the rooms could have been better. Lots of dust around, surfaces not wiped down properly before arrival and floors could have been cleaned better, there was hairs around the beds and in the bathroom on the floor and dust buildup in the corners of the rooms. Location is great, supermarket next door, lots of places to eat and a lovely walk around the palace gardens which is a 3-4 min walk from the hotel. Also deceiving with the room cleans, we thought it was daily. With beds being made, clean towels etc, we stayed 4 nights and had our beds changed and made once the whole time, and had our towels changed once also, which is not ideal with a family of 2 adults and 2 small children. I would stay again, it was basic but enough. If you’re going to phantasialand, there are buses you can use down the road from the hotel, which is around a 10min bus ride. Or if you have a car like we did it’s a few minutes, the signs are clear to the park if you’re driving yourself."
