「我們花了每晚USD$230左右的住宿費，但得到的卻是如同motel般的服務！ 雖然號稱是度假村，但基本上這裡提供的服務是0!! 所有東西都是自助的，沒有vallet parking，沒有room service，連美日的清掃服務都沒有(需額外花費才能擁有清掃服務)。 若expedia在訂房時有告知這一點，我想我不會選擇這個飯店！ 相同的住房價格在Lahaina或是Kaanapali beach附近可以住到很不錯的三至四星度假村！可以享有更好的服務！」

「What's not to like? It has everything you need and is reasonably priced unlike the rest of Maui. I liked the beach house restaurant across the street. And there's other dining options down the road. The beach is nearby. The staff was really friendly and helpful . It was great. 」

「Honeymooners first time in Maui, we loved this hotel. In the touristy North-west section of Maui but right on the beach (beautiful sunsets), facility amenities were exactly what we were hoping for. Clean site and rooms, spacious room with full kitchen and living room and a washer/dryer in-unit. Concierge service was excellent at helping us book the tours/events we wanted despite short notice. Could have benefitted from more information about the facility at check-in, did not realize we had...

「Royal Kahana is showing it's age despite the construction going on which made lots of noise during the day. Our unit was nicely renovated. The sliding glass door was noisy at night due to the high winds. Staff and security were very friendly. Parking was easy to find. We would come back.」

「Everything you need for a great vacation. Clean, well taken care of room in a great location. Ocean views and easy access to everything. Washer/ dryer and a stocked kitchen made this trip very easy. 」

「My family and I had a fantastic time at Nate's villa at the Westin. The villas were spacious and well maintained -- we even had an ocean view from our balcony which was a major benefit. The resort itself was beautiful, had great amenities, and was in a perfect location for all the activities we had planned. Nate was a fantastic host -- he was extremely responsive and helpful, and provided some great recommendations. He was also able to solve some VRBO website issues quickly and provided updates...

「Molokai Shores is a great centrally located facility with a pool and a barbecue area that was a great place to meet other people. The condo was very well equipped and worked well for two couples. A big shout out to Chad for working with us to help with our individual needs.」
