Too many cabinets/furniture, no space to move around
This condo is setup for someone to live in it full time. With 53 or so cabinet doors/drawers and 90% of them empty, to the very large sofa sectional, there isn't a lot of space to move around. We had no place to sit unless we put the sofa bed away each day. We had 4 adults and was supposed to have the sofa bed set up. Upon arrival, we had no sheets/linens for the sofa bed for the first night until I called and got some delivered and not enough towels for 4 adults. We had a huge water problem at 11 p.m., that created leaks to the downstairs condos. This was resolved the following morning. The onsite rep was responsive with getting it fixed and delivered linens. The condo appeared to be clean, but wasn't to my liking. The pillows, well they have never been washed and were disgusting with brown stains from dust mites and other critters.
Being that we were in Molokai and there are few stores nearby, it would have been nice to have at least some basics needed. A bit of coffee until we could get to a store, spices to cook with, they had a nice space rack on the counter that was empty, etc. All other vacation rentals I've rented had the basics.
Most importantly, remove the two desks and cabinets in the living room area, get smaller furniture, wash pillows in hot water & bleach if not replacing them.
