"We had no issues with picking up the keys (short drive away) and the unit complex had off street parking (1.9m clearance). The unit itself is dated and slightly on the small side but clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to beach, cages and shops. We picked it so we could attend a function at the Wharf, which was just across the road. "The staff here are phenomenal. Phenomenal. When we arrived, we were having trouble with our WiFi. Renata and Bela could not have been more helpful, thorough, and accommodating. In my experience at most hotels, if you have a problem with the internet, the staff usually kind of shrug. Not Renata and Bela. They swung into action identifying the problem and then ended up moving us to be to a closer router. They really went above and beyond in my estimation and saved what could have been a disappointing stay. Thanks to them both. On top of that the rooms here are good sized, spic and span and well equipped."
