「The hotel service staff are very welcoming and make people feel comfortable. But the facilities are too old, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom is very loud, which is unbearable! The breakfast was very basic, the worst hotel breakfast I have ever had.」

「We went for a couples getaway and had a lovely time. The resort is clean and cozy. We stayed in one of the Terrace rooms and it was large and comfortable, although decor and fixtures were dated. The restaurants on site were both good and reasonably priced. Golf was nice - also a reasonably priced lovely 9-hole course. Front desk staff were fantastic. I do wish they had a bigger pool area, and a hot tub would be great too after a round of golf. I was also disappointed that the spa didn’t have...

「I booked a weekend away during playoffs, expecting to watch the games during the evening. Right after the property was fully paid I got a message that there would be no Internet at the property even though it was supposed to be provided. I contacted Expedia but got no where. BEWARE!!」

「Our stay at the hotel was very good. Lots of parking, very friendly & helpful staff. Also having breakfast included is such a wonderful convenience. Lots of variety & very nice people staffing it. The room was very nice & clean. We didn’t use the pool this visit, but it looked very nice. We highly recommend the hotel especially if visiting Casino Rama as right across the street. We thought the price was pretty reasonable too.」

「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

「We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The lady who checked us in (sorry not to have gotten her name) was welcoming and friendly. She gave us great restaurant suggestions and went out of her way to make sure we had directions and a map. The breakfast was very good, well stocked and the area was clean. The ladies working there greeted us with friendly smiles. We particularly appreciated the no pets policy. We're looking forward to staying there again.」
